• Hands of Surrender: Symbolically lift burdens to God, placing them at the foot of the cross.

 • Deep Release: Work through emotional and energetic blockages with intentional breath.

 • Gratitude and Restoration: Enter a space of praise, thanking God for healing and renewal. Event Details

• Comfort: Mats, blankets, and pillows provided. Bring a water container. 

• Attire: Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. 

• Reflection: Journals are encouraged for post-session reflections. 

• Arrival:  Please arrive 15 minutes early. Entry is closed 15 minutes after the session starts. 

• Refreshments: Enjoy light snacks and herbal tea afterward.

Meet Becky:
With over 20 years of experience as a bodyworker in Metro Detroit, Becky has worked with individuals of all ages, professional athletes, including the Detroit Lions, and the World’s Strongest Men and Women. After years of serving others, she embarked on her own healing journey through breathwork, plant and amphibian medicine, meditation, and sound healing. Recognizing the need for a safe, faith-aligned space for healing, Becky is dedicated to offering a Christ-centered approach to breathwork. Her mission is to help others release what holds them back and step fully into God’s promises.
