Dr. Bell graduated from Michigan State University in 1993 and soon after started working in product design and engineering for the Automotive industry. In 1998, he left home to pursue writing and music in Los Angeles. While in Los Angeles, he encountered several experiences that shifted the trajectory of his life, fueling a new found interest in the healing arts and human body.
Deeply affected by these experiences, he chose to pursue Chiropractic, having connected to its vitalistic roots and approach to healing. After years of study and experience with several healing modalities, he graduated in 2003 and soon after opened a private practice providing Network Spinal Analysis, Somato Respiratory Integration, Neuro Emotional Technique, Quantum Kinetics, and Nutrition as a baseline for health and wellness care.
In 2006, Dr. Bell founded Sameta Center for Healing, conceived to be a portal for growth, education, healing, and host to many community & healing events in the greater Los Angeles area. He continued to provide health & wellness care, workshops, and healing intensives (in collaboration with other facilitators in the community) aimed at providing support, strategies, and tools for personal growth and greater self-awareness. In the Fall of 2012, he returned to his roots in Michigan where he continues to offer health & wellness care in Troy and the greater Detroit area.
In addition to Chiropractic, Dr. Bell teaches meditation and breathwork classes. He enjoys traveling throughout Central & South America Costa Rica and leading group intensives and workshops in collaboration with other colleagues.

With a degree in biology and two minors in chemistry and psychology, Dr. Suz has always been interested in understanding how the physical body works and how emotional factors contribute to our health. She graduated from the University of Windsor and felt that she was destined for a career in medicine, but after several medical preceptorships, a trip to Peru and discovering native herbal medicines, she changed her trajectory and decided to pursue becoming a Naturopathic Doctor. She studied at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, one of only a few schools that license Naturopathic doctors in the USA and Canada and graduated in 2006.
Dr. Suz is also a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP). She is trained in homeopathy and biotherapeutic drainage, botanical medicine, acupuncture, lifestyle counseling, IV therapy, and Wilson’s Temperature syndrome. She is also Reiki II trained and has a strong interest in various forms of energy medicine.
Like most of us, she is no stranger to hardship, ill health, and long workdays. She knows what it is like to be told that all of your bloodwork is “normal” and to be offered little other than a follow up visit in a few months. These personal experiences extend to her patient encounters, and she believes that no matter where a person is starting, they can still achieve health, resiliency, balance, and harmony in their lives.
Dr. Suz uses a variety of testing methods to uncover “why” someone feels the way that they do. There is no more guessing at this point! No more wondering about what may be wrong, which frees up a tremendous amount of mental energy that can now be directed towards healing. Dr. Suz creates a systematic and individualized treatment plan for her patients using a combination of herbal medicine, supplements, nutrition and lifestyle coaching. Keeping her patients motivated and engaged in their health is as much a part of her role as a doctor as testing and treatment. Melissa felt there was always something missing in her practice as a physical therapist, until she began integrating yoga and Reiki. During her self healing, Melissa obtained a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification through Up Dog Yoga in January 2023. Meanwhile, Melissa also had the honor of receiving a Reiki I attunement/certification in the fall of 2022. That accident didn't just leave me physically impaired; it also shattered me mentally and emotionally. But it sparked a spiritual awakening within me.

It was in 2020 that Racquel went through an awakening during the pandemic. In 2021, she ordered her first deck of tarot cards.
