Please join me in this 10 week mindfulness exploration.
🦋 Learning about the stress response and how the brain/body react to stress can open the door to new ways of healing, coping and managing stress.
🦋 You will learn evidence based mindfulness/meditation practices and gentle yoga.
🦋 This program is highly interactive and participatory.

No prior meditation experience is necessary.
This course is for anyone who is curious about mindfulness and learning about their own relationship with stress.
