This slow flow yoga practice will focus on joint mobility and balancing poses. Poses are thoughtfully selected to accommodate any limitations or discomfort, fostering a safe and supportive environment for practitioners to explore movement at their own pace.
Props are encouraged - blocks, straps, and bolsters.
