Breath of Life – Gentle Yoga, Guided Breathwork and Meditation
The Rhythm- Journey through the world of vibration and resonance. This session
will begin with Gentle Yoga that prepares the body for the deliverance of new
oxygen into our muscles, tissues and nervous system. Breath creates movement,
pulsation, vibration and life itself. The ebb and flow of breath is mirrored back to us
through the motions and tides of the entire cosmos, outside our bodies, and within our
bodies.
They promote physical well-being and self-awareness, improve lung and cognitive
capacities, reduce blood pressure, anxiety, and other psychosomatic patterns, by
increasing the parasympathetic tone. Unlock a powerful cleansing tool within you all
