Join Us as we welcome Special Guest Carone Hyman for a resotring, relaxing and nourishing sound bath.
The use of crystal bowls assist to move you out of fight or flight and into rest and digest. Sound baths have been proven to stop the release of cortisol and instead release endorphins for a overall relaxed and joyful experience.
Items you may want to bring to the event:
* Yoga Mat OR Meditation Chair * Blanket * Pillow or Cushion * Eye Covering if desired * Water (Covered Containers Only Please)
Note: Please plan to arrive a little early to get settled in. No late arrivals will be permitted once the meditation begins.
