Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction with Amy Tarrant
🦋 Learn about the stress response and how the brain / body react to stress. Learn how to open the door to a new way of healing, coping, and managing stress.
🦋 You will learn evidence-based mindfulness/meditation practices and gentle yoga. Some of the practices include but not limited to; Body scan, Anchor meditation, Mindful eating, Walking meditation, Mindful movement.
🦋 Doctors and researchers have been studying MBSR since 1979. The findings show overwhelming improvement in people struggling with depression, anxiety, overwhelm, hypertension, stress, burnout, post traumatic stress, digestive issues, pain management and overall health and wellbeing.
