Whole: A Trauma-informed Women's Healing Circle
Whole is an in-person 6-week women's healing circle where you'll experience trauma-informed therapeutic healing practices and explore the power of integrating practical spirituality in your daily life. Supported on this journey by a community of other beautiful women, you’ll emerge lighter, freer, and more grounded.

Who This is For:

If you've been to traditional therapy and you realize you need a more holistic approach...

If you long for a spiritual and emotional reset, but you don't know where to start...

If you yearn for soulful, wise guidance and companionship for your healing journey...

If you're done letting trauma dictate your emotions and trigger your life...

If you know that there are voices and desires within you that are longing to be set free...

If you want to reconnect with your body in a healthy, loving way...

If you're ready to live from love and curiosity instead of shame, guilt, and fear…

If you desire the companionship of other women who are also growing and healing…

If you feel like your growth is disjointed and you want an integrated perspective…

Then our trauma-informed spirituality circle might be exactly the healing opportunity you’ve been longing for.
