Illuminating the Shadow Day Retreat

The season of Summer calls us toward the light, guided by our internal flame. To embody the light within, we must first illuminate our shadows and create space for our divine wisdom to speak. Join Yoga with Randiah and Chelcee of Earthen Keys Apothecary for a day of ceremony to rewrite our stories and stoke our inner fire in the wake of the Summer Solstice.
We’ll gather for intention setting around a fire, tend the spark of creativity with candle magick, consult the ancestors and animal kin with bone divination, open our hearts with a cacao elixir, engage in a somatic practice to explore our shadows, a workshop to rewrite our stories, and a sound bath and smoke cleanse to move through what we grow through during our time together.
Itinerary:
10 a.m. -10:30 a.m. Arrivals: Must arrive by 10:30 a.m.
10:30 a.m. Opening Circle & Candle Magick: Introductions and an intention setting ceremony to ground ourselves in preparation for the day. We will stoke our inner flames and tend to our inner fire with candle magic, utilizing plantcestors to support us with our intentions.
11:30 a.m. Cacao & Bone Reading: A heart-opening journey of communing with our ancestors and animal kin to receive their guidance and wisdom.
12:45 p.m. Lunch & shopping with Earthen Keys Apothecary: A healthy, plant-based lunch will be provided. Shop handmade jewelry, self-care, and herbal creations with Earthen Keys Apothecary.
2 p.m. Vagus Nerve Activation & Rewriting Your Story Poetry Workshop: A somatic practice to activate your nervous system for rest and digestion. This practice can trigger stored emotions as we release ourselves from habitual fight or flight patterns. Afterward, we will create an erasure poem with the emotions that came up for us.
4 p.m. Sound Therapy & Smoke Cleansing: A relaxing soundbath and ceremonial smoke cleanse to allow for integration of the day’s lessons.
5 p.m. Tea Time: Time for reflection and journaling while enjoying herbal tea.
5:30 p.m. Closing Ceremony: A closing ceremony to reflect on all that was illuminated.
6 p.m. Departure
Snacks and herbal tea will be provided throughout the day.

Randiah Camille Green
Randiah is a Pagan mystic, RYT-200, starseed kundalini teacher, sound healer, writer, and spirit having a human experience from Detroit. She teaches primarily kundalini, yin, and restorative yoga rooted in meditative introspection. Randiah uses a variety of tools including somatic movement, energy work, breathwork, crystal singing bowls, and her voice to help people reconnect with their higher self. She is honored to guide you on your journey home.

Chelcee Aitchison
Chelcee is the Creatrix behind Earthen Keys Apothecary and a Divine Feminine Embodiment Guidess for her women’s group Celestial Sisterhood. Her work draws upon the wellspring of wisdom that resides in our blood and bones, tending to nature’s cycles in a dance of remembrance along the Spiral Path. Co-creating with her ancestors, plantcestors, and animal kin, her offerings embody a primordial essence that bridges cultures, ideologies, and beings, helping us remember our inherent interconnectedness.
