Soul Alive Retreat will be a time of Reflection, Renewal, Growth and Expansion as we take time to listen and to go deeper within...
Perched at the edge of the rainforest, overlooking the sea, we will spend 9 nights/10 days surrounded by the healing energies of Costa Rica as we Indulge, Play, Explore, and Nurture our body, mind and soul!
Costa Rica in December is a truly magical time...
Mornings are infused with sounds of nature and the most vibrant sunrises perfect for yoga, meditations, nature strolls around the property, swimming, or quite times of reflection.
Afternoons are steeped with sunshine perfect for waterfall and beach adventures, exploring new and exciting places, or time to spend lounging by the pool bathing in the warmth of the Costa Rican Sunshine! Additionally, we should probably mention the Sloth Yoga that we have the pleasure of watching from the decks of our Retreat House as well as the butterflies, the birds and all the other amazing Costa Rica wildlife!
Evenings are a time of quiet, relaxation, and connection under the veil of a million stars, and from the 3rd story deck at our Retreat House you feel as though you can almost reach out and touch them!!! Evenings are perfect for our retreat family dinners, sitting around connecting, laughing and sharing stories, Sacred Ceremonies, Stargazing, Dancing and so much more....

Not Included:
Airfare To and From Costa Rica (You will fly in and out of SJO, San Jose Cost Rica).
Please note...Jenna is available to assist with all you booking and planning needs prior to the retreat.
Massage and Cranial Sacral Sessions are not included in the retreat cost but are offered at a discounted cost to our guests.
Any "Additional" Healing Experiences beyond those listed above (Example being additional Tarot, Sound Healing, or Reiki)
Shopping and Spending Money when out and about.
