Marty is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator, trained in the Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Breathwork method. He is talented in creating an environment and holding space for others to heal past traumas and emotional blocks. He was a career first responder and is a military veteran. As he explored various healing modalities for wellness and stress management, he discovered Breathwork while attending a healing retreat in Costa Rica. It was that experience that called him to become a Certified Breathwork Facilitator and open his own practice.

The Metamorphose Breathwork Experience combines several modalities and styles of Breathwork. It includes Intention setting, energy releasing movement, facilitated breathwork, a past-self meditation, integration, and a sharing circle. Throughout the process, healing music and coaching instructions are streamed through headphones to create binaural stimulation of both hemispheres of the brain. Most people who participate say it is like nothing they’ve ever experienced, even experienced practitioners.
